The FILAMATIC DAB Series Heavy Duty Machine is a semi-automatic, heavy duty liquid filling system that is ideal for free-flowing, semi-viscous, viscous and molten products as well as products with small particulates. The DAB-8-2 Heavy-Duty Series Benchtop filler offers a volumetric adjustment from 3ml to 260ml and can be outfitted with multiple filling units to increase output and versatility. The DAB-8-2 Benchtop can fill a wide variety of liquid products, including viscous liquids such as essential oils, creams and lotions. It is also flexible enough to accommodate a wide range of containers such as plastic and glass bottles, pouches, as well as test tube type containers. Optional designs are available for OEM Applications, CE Marked, air operated for hazardous environments.
This dual nozzle filling machine incorporates a variable speed electrical gearmotor drive, which turns the crankshaft that drives a volumetric piston pump known as a “Filling Unit”. The Filling Units are accessories offered to dispense a wide range of liquids and are manufactured from pharma grade 316 stainless steel.
Ideal for fill volumes from 3ml-260ml. When filling semi viscous liquids such as MCT oils, lotions, essential oils etc. FILAMATIC This recommendation is based on the torque the DAB-8 delivers. The 260ml pump is recommended for aqueous to viscous liquids. This model is also available in a 4 nozzle version or our Model DAB-8-4. The machine can also be purchased as a two nozzle filler and upgraded in the future to a four nozzle filler.
