FILAMATIC offers a full range of aftermarket parts and field service support. Our team of qualified, experienced technicians are just a call away – providing an extensive after-sales network. Additionally, our technicians can come to your site for more than just trouble-shooting, they can assist or perform maintenance, repair, conversions, and upgrades. Their insight can be used to enhance the reliability of your equipment, oversee production of a troublesome product, and assist in qualification testing at your site as well.

After-Sale-Services

Our goal is to support you throughout your system’s life-cycle and beyond. After your warranty period expires, you can easily move to one of three possible support tracts: (1) Pay-As-Needed, (2) Opt-in on an annual/multi-year support program, or (3) purchase service hours in blocks-of-time. Regardless of your selection, the support packages can be customized to meet your specific technical and budget requirements.

Preventative Maintenance

Take advantage of the professional experience of our Field Service Engineers. FILAMATIC’s Preventative Maintenance Agreement programs insures that required maintenance activities be strategically scheduled intervals according to your individual requirements.

Together we can select the ideal maintenance frequency that fits your production environment and workload. Our trained Field Service Engineers support the optimization of your machine with the appropriate level of Preventative Maintenance offerings. Having a FILAMATIC supported Preventative Maintenance program in place can lead to reduced losses and increased utilization.

Product Lifecycle Support

Retrofits, hardware and software upgrades or modifications makes sense for some existing systems, especially for those that have been in use for a long time.

FILAMATIC will make all reasonable efforts to extend the support of any FILAMATIC product for as long as it is physically and/or commercially possible.

All of FILAMATIC’s machinery is designed, fabricated and supported from our Baltimore, MD headquarters. As such, we can usually offer support for equipment that is no longer considered active (currently manufactured).
