Recommended for filling semi-viscous liquids such as shampoos, lotions, light creams and oils, the FKS filling unit provides quick and accurate fills. Fill ranges, depending on the frame size of the filling machine, are from 0.3ml to 1100ml with a fill accuracy to .05%. The adjustable suck-back is a standard feauture on the FKS and provides sharp, clean cut-off even with stringy material. These positive displacement piston pumps are easily disassembled for cleaning and are available in standard or XL sizes.
Using servo technology to drive the filling units enables the flow rate to increase and decrease at different times during the dispensing to allow all shapes of containers to be filled be with ease and precision.
