Program features and benefits:

  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis of liquid filling and closing process is measured against best working practices.
  • Site visit from a Filamatic Service Engineer assessing aspects of the filling and closing process, including materials, tooling, filling and closing parameters, environment, throughput, quality and SPC.
  • Opportunities for cost reductions and improvements in both throughput and yield.
  • Written report clearly presents audit findings, clarifying and prioritizing areas for improvement. Overall baseline rating given so that improvement can be tracked over the period of the program.
EQUIPMENT ASSESSMENT:

Have an Equipment Assessment conducted by an experienced Service Engineer during a visit to your site. The Service Engineer will assess performance versus specification via comprehensive inspection and performance report. This can also remove risk associated with second-user equipment purchases.
