MNB-XT High-Speed Monobloc System

The Filamatic Automatic High Speed Monobloc Fill/Finish Packaging System is designed to cycle two bottles at a time through each filling, plug or stoppering insertion, and capping station. The system allows a single operator to oversee packaging functions at rates of up to 120 cpm.
The Monobloc Filling System can perform a wide range of tasks such as assorting, feeding, filling, plugging, stoppering, crimping, capping, induction sealing, labeling, and accumulating. The Monobloc is ideal for the Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic industry because it is engineered to perform multiple tasks within a compact footprint. An optional HEPA filtration system can also be incorporated to provide positive pressure airflow within the machine environment.
A variety of liquid metering systems are available to provide a fill volume range of 0.5mL to 500mL per cycle. In addition, these metering systems are capable of handling a wide range of viscosities from free-flowing to viscous products. All Filamatic Monoblocs are digitally controlled with menu-driven programs that electronically adjust operating parameters for quick and easy tool-less changeovers. A wide assortment of liquid products can be filled into an array of containers including microtubes, cryovials, glass vials, and plastic containers.
